EdTech Learning Management System

The challenge: a growing education provider was running courses across a patchwork of video hosting tools, spreadsheets, and email — instructors had no single place to manage content or grading, and learner engagement suffered without any unified progress tracking.

We designed and built an EdTech Learning Management System to consolidate that operational complexity into one engaging digital home for courses, video lessons, and assessments. The 15-week engagement covered discovery and architecture (3 weeks), core platform development (9 weeks), and instructor onboarding with QA (3 weeks).

The platform serves institutions, instructors, and students. Students track progress and take courses at their own pace, while instructors manage content, live classes, and grading from a dedicated dashboard.

Built on a Laravel REST API backend with a React frontend and deployed on AWS, the system serves 18,000+ active students and delivers sub-200ms response times under concurrent learner load.

The result: the platform now drives a 94% course completion rate — well above the 5–15% completion rates typical of most online courses — alongside a 31% increase in enrollment since launch.
