The challenge: Inventory, procurement, and production data lived in disconnected spreadsheets across 8 warehouses, forcing staff to manually reconcile stock counts and purchase orders — a process prone to errors and blind to real-time cross-warehouse visibility as the business scaled.
We designed and built a centralized Enterprise ERP System that consolidates the operational complexity of a growing manufacturing business into a single, cohesive platform — from raw material procurement to final delivery. The 16-week engagement covered discovery and architecture (3 weeks), core development (10 weeks), and warehouse rollout and load testing (3 weeks).
The platform serves procurement teams, production planners, warehouse staff, and finance administrators. Each role has a tailored interface with granular permissions, keeping sensitive data secure while eliminating cross-department bottlenecks.
Built on a Laravel REST API backend with a React frontend and deployed on AWS, the system tracks 12,000+ active SKUs across 8 warehouses, maintains 99.9% uptime, and delivers sub-200ms response times under concurrent operational load.
The result: since launch, the client has seen a 19% increase in revenue alongside faster supplier turnaround, reflected in a 4.8★ vendor satisfaction rating.
